By accessing and using these services provided by The Golf Project LLC (herein called Company), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

  1. Company continually updates its website, but it may at times contain out of date information. Website and other forms of advertising are used for information and marketing purposes only. Contact The Golf Project LLC directly for the latest and most up to date information.

The Golf Project LLC Payment Policy

  1. The following payments are accepted at The Golf Project: cash, check, credit card, debit card. The option to store a card on account is available through Square. Credit Card information is stored according to Square's security and terms of use. Credit Card information is not accessible by Company.

  2. Card payments are processed securely using Square according to their security policy and terms of use.

    A 3% credit card service fee will be added to credit card charges of $100 or more

    Check payment will be processed the same day of payment.

  3. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice

  4. Payment for lessons, packages, and indoor golf center access must be paid at the time of service. Monthly unlimited and monthly online programs are to be paid monthly.

  5. Sales tax will be added to the sale of applicable items sold at Company.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  1. Simulator reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the reservation date and time to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your reservation more than 12 hours prior to your reservation, your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel more than 2 hours prior to your reservation time, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. If you cancel within 2 hours of your reservation time, you will be charged 75% of the reservation cost. If you fail to cancel your reservation and no-show, you will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.

  2. Your credit card will NOT be charged upon booking and will only be charged according to our Cancelation & No-Show Policy or during checkout at the conclusion of your reservation.

Refund & Return Policy

  1. Refunds will only be given by Company for simulator reservations for those who pre-paid and cancel before the cancellation deadline.

  2. No-shows for lessons and simulator reservations will be billed at the discretion of The Golf Project LLC for an amount up to the total amount owed for the service. Online reservation privileges may also be revoked.

  3. Refunds will not be given for any golf instruction program or services. The sale of any/all lessons, programs, packages, and/or memberships are final.

  4. Returns for original payment will only be allowed on retail items within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt in hand.

  5. Exchanges for different style or size in the same item will be based on availability and available within 60 days of purchase.

  6. The sale of all gift certificates is final. No returns or refunds will be granted.

  7. All subscription charges are final and no refunds will be issued on any TGP University or The Golf Project University product or service.

  8. Users who cancel their subscription to TGP University may still be billed for the current month based on when they cancel. This policy is at the discretion of Wix Subscriptions policies and terms of service.

Shipping Policy

  1. Items bought online have a standard handling time of two days.

  2. Shipping times will be based on standard rates from USPS.

  3. All shipping will follow the flat-rate fees as shown on the website.

  4. Shipping rates and policies are subject to change at any time.

The Golf Project Indoor Golf Center Policies

  1. When reserving simulator bays, you will be charged for the amount of time booked, regardless of the amount of time used.

  2. Extension of your reservation beyond the original time booked is at the sole discretion of Company and based on availability.

  3. You are not guaranteed the simulator that you book, only the amount of time that you reserve. Company reserves the right to move reservations to accommodate the most available space among simulators.

  4. Credit card information is required upon booking online; however, your card will not be charged until checkout or according to our Cancelation & No-Show Policy.

  5. The Golf Project LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items while on the property of Company, including when items are kept at The Golf Project Indoor Golf Center for winter storage.

  6. All members of The Golf Project LLC will have agreed to and be bound by the membership agreement.

  7. Unused simulator hours and membership plans/packages will expire on April 31st of the year following the year of purchase. Expiration date for packages/memberships purchased in 2022 is April 30th, 2023.

  8. Winter membership season extends to April 30th of each year. (6 months) (season may be extended only at the sole discretion of The Golf Project). Simulator availability outside of Winter Membership hours is limited and at the sole discretion of Company.

  9. Winter membership season: November 1st to April 30th. (6 months) (season may be extended only at the sole discretion of The Golf Project). Simulator availability outside of Winter Membership hours is limited and at the sole discretion of Company.

  10. Gift Certificates expire on 12/31 of the year after the year of purchase.

  11. The Golf Project LLC is not liable for any accidents on Company property or upon arrival or departure from Company property under any circumstances.

  12. By using services or products provided by Company, you agree to the Media Consent below.

The Golf Project Golf Academy and Caleb Christensen Golf Policies

  1. All existing packages will expire on December 31st, 2022. All exceptions are based on the sole discretion of Company.

  2. By using services or products provided by Company, you agree to the Media Consent below.

Media Consent

 

While participating in services provided by Company or visiting any location of Company, I grant permission to The Golf Project LLC for the use of my image and name in photographs, videos, or electronic media images in any presentation of any and all kind whatsoever. I understand that these images may be used in publics spaces and/or for marketing purposes by Company. I understand I may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying The Golf Project LLC in writing. The revocation will not affect any actions taken before the receipt of this written notification. Images will be stored in a secure location and only authorized staff will have access to them. They will be kept as long as they are relevant and after that time destroyed or archived.


Liability Disclaimer

 

The Golf Project LLC (Company) is not responsible for any accidents of any kind at any location where golf services are provided.  Removal of liability from Company extends to arrival and departure from any location where Company services are provided. Accidents include but are not limited to injury, lost property, or damage to property or equipment. Company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property including but not limited to golf clubs, golf equipment, cell phone, wallet, keys, etc.

 

The Golf Project LLC (Company) reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our sites.
